Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Manage production scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory levels for maximum efficiency.
• Develop, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors and manufacturing staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe, compliant working environment.
• Monitor operational budgets, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in a manufacturing operations leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience managing operations in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
