Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pediatric speech-language pathologist is sought for a part-time role supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting. This contract position runs from August 28th through May and requires availability for 3 to 4 hours daily. The role is designed for a clinician dedicated to fostering communication development and addressing speech and language challenges within a school environment.
Qualified candidates will possess the following credentials and experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY)
- Previous work within a school setting (SLP - School)
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborating with educators and therapists to support student progress
- Maintaining detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Providing consultative support to classroom staff as needed
