Territory Manager – Connectivity Sales

Sygnal Wireless is seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to build, lead, and grow a local sales team in the connectivity industry. You will recruit and support independent sales agents while helping customers access available home internet and mobile service options.

This is a performance-based independent contractor leadership opportunity for someone who can lead from the front, build relationships, and create consistent sales activity in their market.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a local team of Connectivity Specialists
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach new agents
• Help agents generate leads and improve sales performance
• Support customers with serviceability checks and enrollment submissions
• Monitor team activity, customer experience, and installation progress
• Maintain compliance with approved sales processes and provider requirements
• Develop community partnerships and local outreach opportunities
• Personally produce sales while developing your territory

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills
• Sales, canvassing, recruiting, customer service, or management experience preferred
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Comfortable working independently and in the community
• Reliable phone, internet access, and transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete required onboarding and compliance documentation

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Territory Managers can earn commissions from their own eligible installed and activated customer orders, along with performance-based overrides tied to qualified team production. Earnings depend on sales, installations, activations, cancellations, and applicable chargeback policies. Full compensation details are provided during onboarding.
