Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Michigan
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role is highly valued
• Familiarity with educational settings and IEP development
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and parents
• Ability to adapt sessions to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Conduct assessments to identify needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized OT interventions that facilitate student participation in school activities
• Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and required paperwork
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to maximize student success and foster an inclusive learning atmosphere
