Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems.
• Present repair options clearly; advise customers on the best path forward.
• Verify customer satisfaction prior to job completion.
• Partner with seasoned HVAC Leads and pursue advancement opportunities.
• Work across AC, furnaces, mini-splits, boilers, and related systems.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and strict safety mindset.
