Are you a detail-oriented, creative organizer with a passion for cannabis culture? Gramazon Brands is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to bring our brands to life through unforgettable experiences across Michigan’s top cannabis markets.

In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of vendor days, pop-ups, community events, and brand activations , ensuring every detail is seamless and every guest leaves with a memorable experience. 🌱 What You’ll Do

• Plan & Coordinate Events: Maintain a monthly calendar of vendor days across DACUT retail stores (Detroit, Flint, Monroe, and new locations).

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales, marketing, and brand ambassador teams to execute in-store pop-ups and external retail activations .

• Manage Logistics: Oversee event operations, including staffing, signage, promotional materials, equipment, and vendor coordination.

• Recruit & Partner with Vendors: Identify sponsorship opportunities, secure vendor participation, and maintain strong relationships.

• Brand Alignment: Work closely with marketing to ensure all activations and materials align with brand guidelines .

• Measure Success: Track and report event performance, participation, and ROI to continuously improve future activations.

• Community Engagement: Represent Gramazon Brands at events, ensuring guests have a professional, enjoyable, and compliant experience.

💼 Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event planning, retail coordination, or brand marketing (cannabis experience is a strong plus 🌱).

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills .

• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Monday.com, Canva , or willing to learn quickly.

• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Ability to travel to events within Michigan as needed.

• A passion for community engagement and elevating cannabis culture .
