Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fabricating and welding custom-built awnings, patio walls, aluminum railings, and other miscellaneous frames and structures. Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld aluminum structures, including awnings, patio walls, railings, and custom frames.
• Read and interpret measurements, blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and structural integrity.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components accurately.
• Operate various welding and metalworking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure a high-quality finished product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Meet deadlines and plan out projected timelines to ensure weekly turnaround goals are met.
• Stay on top of and manage appropriate materials and inventory.
• Plan out and communicate material needs based on project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in aluminum welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Able to read hand written prints and understand them
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Experience with cutting, grinding, and finishing aluminum materials.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• must have personal inventory of basic tools/power tools
