Position Overview:

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician , you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in the field. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to ensure our commercial clients receive top-tier service and dependable climate solutions.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, boilers, and building automation systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system performance and longevity
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing professional recommendations and explaining repair options
• Accurately document service calls, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations
• Collaborate with dispatch, service coordinators, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order

What Does It Take?

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
