Plan Review Specialist & Field Manager
- Review and analyze construction plans and specifications for compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during the planning and execution phases.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to plan reviews and field inspections.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in plan review and field management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for plan review and project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
