In this key role, you will be responsible for researching unmatched shipment transactions, allocating cost centers, and analyzing customer-specific behaviors to identify root causes and drive continuous process improvement.

Working comfortably from your home workspace on a steady daytime schedule, you will play a vital role in customer and vendor contract administration, pricing, rebates, and invoice processing. You will collaborate closely with internal teams during daily and weekly meetings to review metrics, solve operational challenges, and ensure high standards of financial control and service delivery. If you bring strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, this is a fantastic platform to showcase your expertise.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Support finance operations including customer/vendor contract administration, pricing, rebates, billing, and invoice processing. Research transaction exceptions and implement solutions to optimize billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research unmatched customer shipment transactions to assign appropriate PO numbers and cost center allocations.

• Analyze line exceptions and identify root causes behind customer-specific transaction behaviors.

• Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve recurring billing issues.

• Participate in team meetings to review financial metrics and open issues.

• Ensure adherence to financial controls, processes, and service level goals.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.

• Hands-on proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

• strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
