Machine Operators Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm )

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment used in grinding, and packaging operations. This role ensures products meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Machine Operators Qualifications:

• Perform routine equipment checks, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

• Follow production schedules and quality specifications to ensure consistent product output.

• Inspect finished products for quality, weight, packaging integrity, and labeling accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.

• Work collaboratively with team members, maintenance, and quality teams to address production issues.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
