Kitchen Machine Operator

AIMS Advantage is contracted with a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality and delicious products. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Operator, we have openings on all shifts. Training will be on 1st shift for two weeks from 5:30am - 1:30pm

Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm

Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 9:30pm

Monday - Friday 9:30pm - 5:30am

Job Summary:

Candidate must have previous experience in a food manufacturing kitchen. As a Kitchen Operator in our food manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout a shift, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, and other machinery, to ensure efficient and accurate food production.

Follow recipes and production schedules to produce food products according to established specifications.

Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials and finished products, conducting regular inspections and adhering to food safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation of equipment and utensils.

Record and document production data, including batch records and any deviations from standard procedures.

Troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment with similar duties.

Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and move items throughout the shift.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
