Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to support our operations at a nuclear facility in Monroe, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge IT in general and Windows environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and engineering personnel in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on IT and system support for Windows-based networks and applications.

Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of WizNucleus cybersecurity software.

Coordinate with plant personnel to address system issues and gather technical information.

Support cybersecurity compliance and data collection tasks.

Perform basic network and endpoint checks under supervision.

Qualifications:

High School or Associate degree with IT and related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of IT experience, preferably in industrial or regulated environments.

Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

U.S. citizenship required (due to access requirements for nuclear facilities).

Location: Monroe, Michigan (on-site support required)

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits.
