Quality Inspectors - ALL SHIFTS, WEEKLY PAY
Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspectors to join our team in ensuring that all chassis components meet strict quality and safety standards. This role plays a vital part in supporting production and customer satisfaction by inspecting raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of chassis components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Compare parts against blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to ensure compliance.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify product quality throughout the production cycle.
- Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions in accordance with company procedures.
- Support production teams by identifying defects, assisting with root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports for internal quality control and customer audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards, safety requirements, and company quality policies.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team leads to continuously improve inspection processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training in quality or manufacturing preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in automotive, metal stamping, or chassis manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs in a manufacturing environment.
