About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/Account Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, market research, and client engagement while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You Will Do
- Support the Account Management team in the creation of Master Price list for Development products, utilizing Microsoft Office tools
- Act as the point person on change management on Development programs. Assist with Change Management Tracking for both internal and External teams.
- Support in Tracking Claims recovery with Jey project members.
- Assist in developing Sales Presentation, proposal for both internal and external customers.
- Assist in identifying market trends within HARMAN’s key industries.
- Support Account Receivable tracking and tooling PO’s for global Projects.
- Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
What You Need to Be Successful
- A thorough understanding of marketing, design thinking or finance
- Demonstrable knowledge of Automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good understanding of CRM database.
- Good communications skills.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Completed coursework or training in Supply Chain Management
- Global experience - e.g., collaboration with teams in various geographies
What Makes You Eligible
- Must be currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's Degree program or higher at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter before participation in the internship program, and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
- Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
- Be willing to work in an office in Novi, Michigan.
- Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
- Must provide full work availability from May 18, 2026 through August 7, 2026 and be able to work 40 hours per week

Pay Transparency
Freshman: $19.00
Sophomore: $21.00
Junior: $23.00
Senior: $24.00
Master: $28.00
Dependent on the internship offered, pay is based on factors, including without limitation, the applicant's level of education and business need.
