Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
• Design, implement, and scale new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to integrate new processes and resolve challenges.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process optimization and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and P&ID development/interpretation.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with process control systems and knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) or automation (e.g., PLC programming)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., additive manufacturing, robotics, IIoT)
• Experience integrating process data with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP systems
