Iris Comm LabWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team! As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Job: On site
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in the system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for service improvements to management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to contribute to enhanced customer service initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
