Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical malfunctions in production machinery.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for equipment repair.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Identify and requisition necessary parts and tools for repair and maintenance tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) as an industrial maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, basic electrical).
• Technical degree or vocational certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM software for work order management.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
