Key Responsibilities

• Perform job site setup and cleanup
• Assist with concrete cutting operations
• Perform general labor duties including hauling and moving materials
• Lift and move materials weighing 100+ pounds
• Assist skilled trades workers with tasks such as vacuuming, equipment setup, and packing up tools
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry, or concrete cutting preferred but not required
• Valid Chauffeurs License required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, humble, and flexible
• Physically fit with strong endurance for demanding work
• Ability to adapt and problem solve

Work Environment

This position involves working in a variety of environments including:

• Indoor and outdoor job sites
• Seasonal weather conditions
• Areas near traffic
• Loud environments with construction equipment
• Working at heights or in confined spaces
• Standing or walking for up to 12 hours per day
• Occasional night or weekend work

• Travel: Employees must be willing to travel to job sites as needed.
