Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, control expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales departments to ensure seamless operational flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing production teams and processes.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
