Job Title: Non-Technical Project Manager 3 – (EV Energy Infrastructure)

Job Type: Contract – (12 Months)
Pay Range: $60.50 - $65.64 / hourly

Position Summary:
A highly organized and results-driven Project Manager is needed to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a product installation network for residential energy solutions. This includes supporting the deployment of bidirectional and unidirectional charging systems, stationary energy storage, and home energy management systems. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution—from customer engagement to final operations approval—while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup, operation, and optimization of a certified installer network.
- Develop and track metrics for project timelines, costs, and performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and third parties to ensure safe and efficient installations.
- Define service-level agreements (SLAs), conduct performance reviews, and drive process improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for installation partners.
- Assist in creating training and documentation materials for product installations.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, permitting, and utility interconnection requirements.
- Maintain a repository of installation documentation (permits, inspections, incentives, etc.).
- Support additional operational tasks as needed (e.g., site surveys, data tracking).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely onboarding and activation of new installer partners.
- Installations completed on time and within budget.
- Reduction in average installation timelines.
- High customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score or CSAT).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in residential construction, electrical installations, solar, storage, or EV infrastructure.
- Direct experience with EV chargers is mandatory.
- Familiarity with home energy systems is required.
- Strong background in contract management, process documentation, and quality assurance.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Licensed electrician.
- Ability to interpret site plans and navigate permitting and interconnection processes.
Work Details:
- Remote role with flexible hours to support teams across U.S. time zones.
- 12-week assignment with potential extension based on project needs.
- Up to 10% domestic travel for onsite project activities or supplier meetings.
