Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Healthy Paws with a focus on efficiency, client satisfaction, and excellent patient care

• Mentor and support veterinarians, LVTs, and support staff—building a collaborative, high-performing culture

• Collaborate on budgeting, hiring, and clinic growth strategies alongside regional leadership

• Drive community outreach, client education, and employee engagement initiatives that reflect our mission

What We’re Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent) with leadership experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting

• A natural team builder and coach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Operational know-how with an eye toward continuous improvement and innovation

• A passion for high-quality medicine and a commitment to community-centered care
