Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the plant's P&L, develop budgets, and control expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and environmental health and safety (EHS) policies.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain to align production with market demand and new product development.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality, and engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational targets.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, AI, IoT)
• Proficiency in a relevant second language for global operations or diverse workforce
• Prior experience with M&A integration or significant facility expansions
