Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll support daily operations by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, independent work and is comfortable using basic computer tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, review, and update data in company databases
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all records
- Prepare and organize digital files as needed
- Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
- Follow established procedures for data handling and confidentiality
- Communicate with team members when clarification is needed
- Complete daily and weekly tasks within assigned deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
