Hourly Base Salary + Commission

Career Growth Opportunities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing expert insurance advice.

Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies, including auto, home, and life.

Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products.

Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals and maintain service standards.

Michigan Property & Casualty License Required.

Proven success in insurance sales, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, for clear client interaction.

A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their unique insurance needs.

A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on insurance products and regulations.

Comfortable using agency management software and standard office applications.
