ZetaOne is growing and seeking a new System Administrator to work out of our Coldwater office (4 days on site/1 day off site). This position provides a great opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge by working with various clients and industries within a positive and supportive environment. With two offices, one in Coldwater and one in Holland, our fully established tech teams service area encompasses the central part of West Michigan. This highly technical role has a critical impact on our clients and the services we provide, and it is perfect for the person who loves to dive into the technical details of a clients infrastructure and support them with any issues that may arise. Our ideal candidate will be a master of none possessing strong initiative and the ability to adapt to varied technologies, review, accept input, and make modifications as needed to provide exceptional service to our diverse client base.

As our System Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and support VMware ESXi hosts for multiple clients
• Manage and support Windows Servers for multiple clients
• Assist clients with application installations and support when needed
• Manage and support networks, VLAN, and firewalls for multiple clients
• Implement multiple projects efficiently and effectively for our clients while meeting our company standards as needed
• Perform the physical installation of products purchased by clients as needed
• Assist the Service Desk as needed or when issues need to be escalated

We believe you will need the following to be a successfulSystem Administrator and part of the team at ZetaOne:

• 3 years of recent Network, Server, and/or Systems Administrator experience required
• A bachelors degree is preferred, ideally in computer science or a related field
• Certifications preferred(dont sweat product certifications; we will help get you there)
• Previous experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
• Thirst for knowledge stay hungry to keep up with the ever-changing needs/products for IT managed services
• Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
• People skills, such as telephone, communication, active listening, and customer care
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to changes quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Awareness of all the organizations key services for which support is provided
• Understand support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
