for a dedicated and service-focused Front of House Floor Manager to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Front of House Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room and ensuring smooth, efficient service. Working closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant General
Manager, this role will help maintain expectations while fostering a positive and professional work environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Assistant General Manager to maintain operational excellence
o Lead and supervise front of house staff during service, at our Eastern Market and New Center location
o Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and promptly address guest concerns
o Uphold safety, cleanliness, and service standards always
o Assist in training and performance management of FOH staff
o Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment
o Act as a role model in professionalism, hospitality, communication and integrity
o Maintain atmosphere by monitoring music and lighting
o Inputting information into Google spreadsheets, leadership logs and communicating end of day reports
o Strong money handling skills
o Managing discounts, voids, comps and shift tab
o Opening and closing protocols
o Working evening and weekend shifts
o Adaptable

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
o Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
o Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team during high-volume service
o A commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
