Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services.
• Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with production management to minimize downtime and support manufacturing schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMMS, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering principles.
• Strong leadership and team development skills for a diverse maintenance workforce.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of industrial electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) program implementation
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification and application experience
• Advanced CMMS administration and data analytics capabilities
• Project management experience for capital equipment upgrades or installations
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification
