We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales BDC Team Lead to help oversee our Business Development Center (BDC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the BDC Manager in driving sales performance, managing team operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results.
- Collaborate with BDC Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Help create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales activities for management.
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a BDC or automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
