As the Mechanic Supervisor, youll take the lead in managing the installation, repair, and upkeep of our machinery and equipment. This hands-on role is responsible for planning and executing repairs, developing preventative maintenance procedures, supervising the shop team, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your efforts will directly support our operational excellence and commitment to top-quality service.

Responsibilities for the Mechanic Supervisor include:
Supervise and lead all maintenance operations and personnel;
Plan, schedule, and manage repair and installation activities;
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment;
Develop and implement maintenance protocols and safety procedures;
Oversee equipment inventory and order parts as needed;
Track expenses, manage departmental budget, and maintain maintenance logs;
Support and mentor the shop attendant through guidance, feedback, and annual reviews;
Enforce safety standards, investigate incidents, and ensure proper training is conducted.

Requirements for the Mechanic Supervisor include:
6+ years of mechanical experience with machinery and vehicles;
4+ years of supervisory or management experience;
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly;
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills;
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record;
Safety-first mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
