On-Site role
Job Description:
- Work Location: Fremont, MI.
- Work Schedule - Full time.
- PhotoSearch moderators are the first line of protection for participant safety, privacy, and brand integrity.
- You’ll review incoming photos and associated text to determine if each entry complies with PhotoSearch rules and our child safety, privacy, and brand suitability standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Triage and review incoming PhotoSearch entries against acceptance criteria (content, technical, and eligibility).
- Validate entries against requirements.
- Handle submissions in accordance with company privacy standards and children’s privacy laws.
- This position may support a 24/7 engagement center and could require availability fo evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Customer service skills.
