Position: Commercial HVAC Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints, specifications and site conditions to determine project scope and requirements.
• Develop detailed labor, material, and equipment cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and present cost analyses to internal teams or clients.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project handoffs.
• Support value engineering by identifying cost-saving alternatives.
• Track actual project costs to refine estimating accuracy over time.
• Utilize estimating and project management software effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems, local building codes, and industry best practices.

Working Hours : Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 3:30pm based on demand, hours may vary

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 7 years of field experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and software used for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work assignments
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction
• Ability to develop budgets and timelines.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
