WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Call center experience preferred
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls
- Experience working with computers and data entry
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding respiratory supplies
- Scheduling patient appointments for respiratory care
- Accurate and timely entry of new customer information into computer system
- Assist in product inquiry
- Verify insurance coverage when needed
LOCATION & SCHEDULE: - 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
HYBRID TERMS: - Must be able to work 4 days in office and 1 day remote
