Are you a seasoned electrical assembler with a passion for tackling complex builds and delivering high-precision work? We’re looking for a Panel Builder to take a lead role in building, wiring, and troubleshooting advanced electrical control panels that power our customers automated systems.
In this position, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex assemblies, interpretation of detailed schematics, and mentoring less experienced team members. You’ll work with minimal direction, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Build complex electrical control panels from start to finish using detailed schematics.
- Wire and configure advanced components including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and safety circuits.
- Ensure panels meet UL, NEC, and customer specifications.
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of completed panels.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Collaborate with engineering on design improvements and technical solutions.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical panel building or industrial automation.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and testing electrical systems.
- Proficient in using power tools such as drills, saws and impacts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Dependability, strong work ethic and willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to determine colors and follow written work instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Climbing (ladders, stairs, etc.)
- Bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting
- Extended periods of standing and walking
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with PLC programming and automation integration.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
