University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with Home Health Kinnser experience to provide high-quality care to patients in Redford, MI and the surrounding areas. This role offers competitive compensation between $65.00 and $100.00 per visit and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering personalized home health care services.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following individualized care plans and protocols.
• Utilize Kinnser software to document visits, update patient records, and coordinate care efficiently.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and safety standards in home health care delivery.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience with Kinnser Home Health software is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of home health nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide education and support to patients and families.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Redford and surrounding areas.
