Position Overview:

As a Duct Cleaning Assistant at Service Professor, you'll help thoroughly clean and maintain ductwork, ensuring optimal airflow and indoor air quality for our residential customers.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assisting in duct cleaning in residential locations.
• Learn to communicate the basic air duct cleaning process to homeowners.
• Learn to demonstrate professional knowledge of all company products and services.
• Accessing customer's HVAC systems appropriately.
• Assist with the cleaning and replacing of registers.
• Complete daily check-out/ check-in procedures, vehicle inspections, and required record keeping.

What Does It Take?

• HVAC schooling and/or experience preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and educating customers on all options
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
