How you'll make an impact Provides administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordinating meetings; ordering supplies and equipment; and coordinating other assistants and clerical staff. While this position coordinates and executes administrative tasks, substantial time is spent performing secretarial duties.About You Required: High school diploma and 5 years of related experience required. Incumbents in this position possess excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks, simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required. Preferred: Behaviors: Incumbents in this position possess excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
