Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and obsolescence.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and timely repairs.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Control operating costs, including labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance, to meet budget targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and logistics principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
• Ability to develop and implement operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation and optimization.
• - Forklift certification and experience with various material handling equipment.
• - Strong understanding of inventory control techniques like ABC analysis or FIFO/LIFO.
• - Experience with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
