Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production line personnel performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including employee development and performance management.
• Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MES)
• Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities relevant to the workforce
