Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is a base salary of $180-220k plus $20k in variable pay.*

Job Summary**
As a Senior Director of Content, you will be instrumental in leading the vision, strategy and creation of FranklinCovey's most critical solutions for mid- to executive-level leaders. You'll be responsible for translating complex business challenges related to culture and strategy into engaging, transformational experiences that drive measurable organizational results.

Essential Job Functions

Content Strategy & Vision: Develop and champion the business case, content strategy, and vision for our strategic leadership program.

Solution Architecture and Design Leadership: Lead a team of expert designers to develop assessments, facilitator-led experiences, videos, experiential simulations and case studies, tools, and resources. This will involve:

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, clients, and internal leadership to gather input, shape a shared vision, seek feedback, validate content, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, learning design, visual design, reinforcement, on-demand, project management, video production, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of content development projects from concept to launch.

Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and market trends in leadership development, strategy, execution, and innovation to inform content strategy and ensure relevance.
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Education, Organizational Development, or 3+ years of direct equivalent experience)
-
8+ years of business leadership or operational experience (P&L ownership, strategic planning, leading teams, driving business results) OR management consulting, strategy consulting, or organizational effectiveness work with senior-leaders/executive clients
Preferred Skills & Experience

Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing senior leaders in driving collective action and achieving strategic objectives

Demonstrated expertise in core principles of strategic leadership topics such as influence, strategic planning, decision making, operational performance drivers, innovation, and leader development.

Ability to translate complex business concepts into actionable insights for leaders.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Provocative inquiry and curiosity - the knack for asking both smart and disruptive questions to gain insights
