Job Description:

About the Role:

The Dryer Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Demonstrate the ability to understand the drying operation, including the adjustments necessary to operate the Dryer within the specifications of the formulas.

• Must possess strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately perform quality control testing and all required documentation.

• Must be held able to lead C.I.P. efforts on Dryer equipment.

• Must have the ability to successfully multi-task.

• Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP'S, SOP's, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, foods safety programs and all other policies established by TreeHouse Foods.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Important Details:

This is a full-time position, working Thursday through Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

• 3rd shift operates 12am to 8am

Shift differential included for 2nd and 3rd shift.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift

• The ability to work overtime and weekends
