As a Level 1/Level 2 Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across a variety of hardware and software platforms. You will provide both remote and on-site support to end-users, ensuring their systems are functioning smoothly. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide first and second-line support for desktop, laptop, and server hardware, as well as operating systems and software applications.

· Respond to and resolve incoming technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, printers, email, security, and connectivity.

· Perform hardware repairs and upgrades, including memory, storage, and peripheral devices.

· Maintain accurate records of all support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups.

· Provide remote troubleshooting assistance and, when necessary, on-site support.

· Assist with system installations, configurations, and software deployments.

· Work closely with senior IT team members to escalate more complex issues.

· Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures for IT troubleshooting and support.

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a technical support or IT technician role (Level 1 or Level 2).

· Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as mobile device support.

· Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).

· Experience with common office productivity software

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

· Strong customer service orientation and a positive, professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and other enterprise IT systems.

· Knowledge of IT security best practices, including antivirus, firewalls, and encryption.
