HD Collision Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty (HD) Collision Repair Technician to join our highly productive shop environment. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and emphasizes career advancement and continuous learning. Our company is distinguished by its comprehensive service department, complete body shops, parts delivery, mobile service trucks, towing, and an unwavering commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately perform work as outlined on repair orders, adhering to OEM standards.
• Conduct body repair work on vehicles, including fiberglass and composite repair.
• Utilize hand and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts, weld as necessary, and correctly install new parts.
• Work with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, glass, electrical, and mechanical parts.
• Engage in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
• Must possess the necessary tools to perform tasks.
