Host / Hostess Position – Part-Time
Plymouth Brunch House is seeking an outgoing and organized host/hostess to welcome guests and help create a smooth dining experience at our high-volume brunch restaurant.
Position Details: Full-Time or Part-Time Hours are primarily 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Weekend availability required
Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Manage waitlists and seating flow efficiently Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries Keep front entrance and waiting area clean and organized Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability Assist with light cleaning and front-of-house support when needed
Requirements: Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Weekend availability preferred
Company Description Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items efficiently during high-volume service
Execute dishes such as omelets, skillets, eggs benedicts, pancakes, wraps, sandwiches, and other brunch favorites with consistency and accuracy
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
Assist with prep work, stocking, and end-of-day cleaning duties
Work quickly while maintaining presentation and quality standards
Requirements
Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or restaurant environment
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy rushes
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and work in a high-energy kitchen
Weekend availability required
