About the Role:
We’re searching for a bubbly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our store. This role goes far beyond greeting customers — you’ll be the eyes and ears of the store , supporting both customers and management while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and an exceptional front-of-house experience. What You’ll Do
Front Desk Excellence: Greet every customer warmly, check them in compliantly, and ensure the lobby sets a positive and professional tone.
Customer Support: Assist customers with loyalty programs, explaining promotions, and answering questions about sales.
Support Management: Act as the GM’s right hand — reporting on store activity, customer feedback, and operational needs.
Market Awareness: Research competitor stores, cross-check deals and promotions, and share insights with management.
Website & Promotions: Help monitor the store’s website to ensure accurate deals, events, and promotions.
Compliance First: Uphold all cannabis retail regulations and ensure all check-in and customer interactions align with policy.
Team Support: Assist with administrative and operational tasks, from inventory support to customer flow management.

Experience
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or administration is highly valued.
Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
Knowledge
General understanding of cannabis products (strains, consumption methods, effects) is helpful, but enthusiasm to learn is key.
Comfort with technology (POS, loyalty programs, and web platforms) is preferred.
Ability to carefully follow compliance protocols.
