Behavior Technician / RBT

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) .

This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, caregivers, and individuals looking for a meaningful career in behavioral health. Availability during afternoon and evening hours is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home behavioral therapy following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document behavior and progress data accurately.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic home-based environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required).
• Resume and completion of onboarding documents.
• Up-to-date negative TB test.
• Credentialing documentation per state requirements.
