Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle: precon handoff through closeout
  • Manage budget, buyout, change orders, billing, and cost reporting
  • Drive schedule planning with Superintendent; lead weekly job meetings
  • Maintain client relationships and coordinate design team/subs
  • Ensure safety, quality, and documentation standards are met
Qualifications
  • 5+ years PM experience (or equivalent) with GC/CM
  • Ground-up experience strongly preferred (commercial/industrial/multi)
  • Solid financial acumen: GMPs, buyout, forecasting, cost-to-complete
  • Confident leading owners/architects and subcontractor teams
  • Procore/Bluebeam preferred
