Our client is seeking a dedicated Landscape Foreman to lead a commercial landscape crew.

Join a highly stable, employee-owned commercial tree and landscape company. Based with reporting locations in Pontiac and Attica, Michigan, they maintain a strong workforce of 100 to 120 employees year-round. This organization offers a collaborative culture where cross-training is encouraged to maintain retention and provide consistent work throughout all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape crew focusing on commercial planting, mulching, and the maintenance of flower beds.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to crew members to ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites.
• Oversee the daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and materials required for scheduled commercial jobs.
• Maintain a typical schedule averaging approximately 50 hours per week.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial landscaping or a strong background as a high-quality landscape laborer ready to step into a leadership role.
• Ability to reliably commute to either the Pontiac or Attica, Michigan locations.
• A Commercial Driver License (CDL) is highly preferred; however, candidates without a CDL are still strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00 to $27.00 per hour.
• Employer-paid Commercial Driver License (CDL) training and certification in exchange for a one-year commitment.
