Our client is expanding their Loss Drafts Call Center Team and is seeking reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives who can handle homeowner insurance claims with confidence, empathy, and professionalism—even when conversations get tough.

🛠 What You’ll Do

📞 Handle approximately 35–45 inbound calls per day (average call time: 11–14 minutes)

🏠 Assist with existing homeowner insurance claims, coverage, and servicing inquiries

🤝 Support policyholders, insurance agents, and financial institutions with claim status and documentation questions

🔍 Navigate multiple systems to research, resolve, and document each call accurately

⚠️ Manage escalated calls and challenging customer interactions professionally

📝 Update claim notes thoroughly to ensure accurate documentation

📤 Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups and resolutions

🎯 Deliver prompt, accurate service while meeting quality and adherence standards

Calls can range from quick updates to complex conversations (1–45 minutes). Many callers may be frustrated—professionalism and thick skin are key.

🧠 What You Bring (MUST HAVE)

✔️ 1+ year of recent customer service experience

(Call center preferred; escalations, claims, insurance, front desk, or admin acceptable)

✔️ Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism

✔️ Strong verbal & written communication skills (phone & email)

✔️ Proficiency using a Windows PC and navigating multiple systems

✔️ Typing speed 35 WPM or higher

✔️ Working cellphone (for dual authentication) 📱

✔️ Stable internet connection (for hybrid/remote work)

✔️ Reliable transportation 🚗

✨ 2+ years of call center experience

✨ Insurance, mortgage, or claims experience

✨ Auto claims or Medicaid/Medicare experience

✨ Bilingual Spanish 🇪🇸 (Spanish only)

📅 Start Date: February 16, 2026

📚 Training:

  • 🕘 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday–Friday
  • 🏢 Fully onsite during training

🎓 Rise Academy / Nesting:

  • Dates TBD

🏡 Hybrid Work Model (after eligibility):

  • 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH
  • Eligible after 30 days of taking calls
  • Must meet performance standards:
    • ✅ 95% Quality
    • ✅ 85% Adherence
  • Hybrid schedule is performance-based

⏰ Post-Training Shift:

  • 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Friday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
