- Lead and supervise cleaning and restoration projects from start to finish.
- Assign daily tasks and provide guidance to technicians on job sites.
- Perform carpet, floor, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, and restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.
- Inspect job sites before, during, and after completion to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate with customers regarding project scope, progress, and completion.
- Train and mentor new technicians on equipment, safety procedures, and restoration techniques.
- Complete job documentation, work orders, moisture readings, and daily activity logs accurately.
- Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and stocked.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and IICRC standards.
- Respond to emergency restoration calls as needed.
- Assist management with scheduling, project coordination, and resolving customer concerns.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 2+ years of cleaning, restoration, or related field experience.
- Previous leadership, crew lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
- IICRC certifications (such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, CCT, or FSRT) are preferred; willingness to obtain certifications is required.
- Basic computer skills, including email, mobile devices, and digital job documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as required (approx 60lbs a few times per day).
- Ability to work in residential and commercial environments and respond to emergency restoration calls when needed.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a full background check will be conducted.
